You see, natural light supports the functioning of our bodies, offering us a mental health booth and improving our sense of wellbeing. So lets look at some of the benefits of natural light as the longer days of summer beckon.

Exposing your skin to natural sunlight for 10-15 mins a day is adequate to support the production of Vitamin D, a crucial nutrient for calcium absorption and a strong immune system.

In the morning, sunlight exposure suppresses melatonin which helps us to wake up and support the natural production of melatonin In the evening as the day darkens, In fact, studies have found that daylight exposure can support sleep quality and duration.
