Zangmo’s Somatic Shiatsu Treatment

Each treatment is an invitation for your body to relax deeply and your nervous system to feel supported. Zangmo provides a grounding, nurturing session combining shiatsu, somatics, cranial sacral therapy and healing sound (voice, bowls and tuning fork). Every treatment is unique and nurtures the philosophy of “nothing to fix”, so practitioner and client can simply be with what is present. For treatments, guests are fully clothed in loose comfortable clothing. Zangmo runs two group sessions at Rest and Restore Retreat

Movement and mediation group

Explores simple and playful ways to restore wellbeing and support the nervous system. The class includes gentle somatic movement, stillness, sound and meditation to foster awareness of the body/mind connection. Opening this space invites a deeper sense of self kindness, self care and confidence to be present with what arises in the moment.

Vibrancy of breath, movement and rest

This class gently explores the breath and its support of everything that we do. Breath then combines with movement and the natural pulsation of all the shapes formed. Humming is added to breath as a means of attuning your awareness with the pulsation of your body.
