Yolande

Yolande has been practising Reflexology for 20 years. She began her journey at the Australian School of Reflexology and Relaxation in 2001 and is a member of the Reflexology Association of Australia. She has studied many styles of Reflexology including Maternity, Somatic, Pain and Inflammation, Acupressure, TCM with Reflexology, Chi, Crystal, Feet Reading and Metamorphosis. Yolande also brings a vast array of other Wellbeing modalities to sessions through her extensive studies, such as:

  • Forensic Healing (Kinesiology),

  • Inna Segal’s ‘Secret Language of the Body’ – (Emotional work)

  • Young Livings Raindrop Technique and Vital Flex – (Essential oils)

  • Reiki 1 training

  • Is a Student of the Sapphire School of Images (10 years)

  • Yolande is most passionate about the power of ‘Our own Healing’ and what ‘We’ can do for ourselves if we go slow and listen.

What is Reflexology?

Acupressure believes Reflexology assists with the activation of Healing mind, body, emotions and spirit. This occurs through the Ingham method of gently massaging the reflex points specifically on the feet to create homeostasis and a felt sense of being in your body and grounded. Guests will experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effects of Reflexology which invite you into a deep listening space, accessing your inner wisdom, sometimes through a dream like state. Tapping into this space provides a foundation for self healing. Yolande believes that through connecting to your inner world you can begin to experience your “Self” as a tool for healing and restoration.


Treatments ideally run for 1.5 hours to allow you to take in the deeply restorative benefits of reflexology. On completion, you will leave the session with a greater sense of balance, knowledge of self and peacefulness.
