Kalena’s Rest & Restore Practice

  • A swim in fresh or salt water, especially in beautiful, natural settings

  • She enjoy’s spending a day cooking with seasonal ingredients, letting the produce inspire what I prepare. A day here and there amidst the business to just devote a day to nourishment really soothes

  • Massages and bodywork like lomilomi, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and osteopathy help her stay balanced and nurture the nervous system

  • A simple daily, breath centred yoga practice

  • Hand building with clay helps her connect with nature and find peace. it is deeply relaxing and pleasurable
